Terms & Conditions

Bookings: Group or wedding bookings require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date, this deposit will come off your total bill.

Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice for cancelling your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given a cancellation charge may apply.

Discounts & Special Offers: Discounts & offers can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Special offers that have expired are no longer redeemable upon check out. 

Special offers are redeemable on new appointment bookings. Should an appointment be cancelled and rebooked, your discount does not apply.

Piercing: Minimum age for a piercing is 6 years old.

Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian present to qualify for a piercing.

Minors over 18 will be asked for ID before receiving a piercing.

To reduce the chances of infection, avoid swimming and any activities that may cause you to perspire within the first 6 weeks of your piercing.

 

Patch Testing: Any tinting service you will be required to have a patch test with me first, to prevent an allergic reaction, no patch test, no tint.

  Gift Vouchers: Gift Vouchers are non refundable, no cash alternatives available.

All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase, after this time they can't be claimed.
