Please read my terms and conditions carefully

These terms and conditions help me ensure you have the best possible experience at Beauty Sensations.

1. APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are made subject to availability.
A deposit of 50% will be required for group or larger bookings and is non-refundable in the event of cancellations.
Please arrive in time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment.

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price.
I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.

3. PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
I accept Cash, Apple Pay and Debit/Credit Card payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however this will not affect appointment already booked.

5. TREATMENTS & RESULTS

Results may differ from person to person.
Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies or medications before your treatment.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment if i believe it may not be in your best interest.
Aftercare advice will be provided where appropriate - please follow this for best results.

7. GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, after this time they cannot be claimed.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. PATCH TESTING

Tinting & Eyelash services require a patch test, at Beauty Sensations, 24 hours' before your treatment to prevent an allergic reaction.
No patch test, no treatment.

6. EAR PIERCING

The minimum age for an ear piercing is 6 years old
Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian present to receive a piercing.
Anyone 18+ years old will be asked for ID before receiving their piercing.
Aftercare will be provided at the end of your treatment. Please follow this for 6 weeks for the best results and to reduce the chances of infection.

4. DISCOUNTS & SPECIAL OFFERS

Can't be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Special offers are redeemable on new appointment bookings only. Should an appointment be cancelled and rebooked, our discount does not apply.
Special offers or discounts that have expired are no longer redeemable upon check out.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

Your health, safety and comfort are my top priority.
I maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Please let me know if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your appointment.

9. GENERAL

Beauty Sensations reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
